With our leading man – Josh de Haas entering his 15th year of cooking, Joshua De Haas has a wealth of experience. Joshua comes from a family steep in hospitality and culinary tradition and has worked and run some of Adelaide’s best kitchens. Over the years he has developed strong relationships with local suppliers and producers to ensure he has access to the best local produce. Joshua has a particular interest in American BBQ and yoder smoked meats, he has travelled extensively and incorporates many of his travel culinary experiences into his menu.
